01The Service

The Service provides analytics dashboards that aggregate data from third-party advertising, commerce, payments, and customer-analytics platforms which you explicitly authorize. The Service is delivered as software-as-a-service over the public internet.

02Account & authorization

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account credentials secure. By connecting a third-party platform (for example, TikTok for Business, Meta Business Manager, Shopify, or Stripe) to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to grant the Service access to that account.
• You have the authority to share the resulting data with the Service.
• You have obtained any consents required from end users whose data may be processed.

03Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or any third-party platform's terms of service, including (without limitation) the TikTok Developer Terms, the TikTok Marketing API Terms, the Meta Platform Terms, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and the Shopify API License Agreement.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Do not use the Service to process data you are not authorized to access.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing analytics product.
• Do not use the Service in a way that interferes with other customers' use of the Service.

04Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party APIs and platforms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, breaking changes, rate limits, data discrepancies, or account suspensions originating from those platforms. Your relationship with each third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

05Data & privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain all rights to your data; we receive a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

06Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, documentation, and trademarks (other than your data and your trademarks), is owned by AlexPodd Tech and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right or license to use AlexPodd Tech trademarks or branding except as expressly permitted in writing.

07Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Analytics outputs are informational and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AlexPodd Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

08Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service becomes commercially or technically impractical. On termination, the data-deletion provisions of our Privacy Policy apply.

09Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, by direct notice to active account holders. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
